Loren Cronin
Loren has a Certified General Appraiser designation and has been appraising since 1979. He received his Bachelors of Science in Agriculture Economics, Business and Finance from Oklahoma State University and a Certificate in Banking from Southern Methodist University. Loren has 22 years in Farm Credit lending and appraising experiences: including vast knowledge in poultry, dairy, swine, and beef facilities along with farm and ranch. Loren also has 14 years of commercial banking experience. Having owned and operated his own farm and ranch, he is well acquainted with the industry.
Angela Kennedy
Angela has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. She formally worked as an engineer for Raytheon, where she worked as a project manager. Angela is a Certified General Appraiser in Texas and Oklahoma. Having trained under Loren, she is well acquainted with the farm and ranch industry and her engineering background has given her an edge in the industrial and commerical market.
Phil has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University and is a proud third generation Oklahoma cattle rancher. He has numerous years of leadership and management experience, as well as a strong 14 years combined financial and lending background with Farm Credit and the FDIC: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Phil is currently designated as a Trainee Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Oklahoma and is working to complete the qualifications to be a Certified General Appraiser.
Phil Smith
Bob currently has a Trainee Real Estate Appraiser designation in the State of Oklahoma and is working towards becoming a Certified General Appraiser. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Bob's professional career started with a three-year stint as an extension agent for the OSU Extension Service. He then began work for Farm Credit where he gained 8 years of experience in credit and appraising before specializing in lending with Farm Credit for the next 15 years. In 2004, he switched to Landmark Bank, now Simmons Bank, where he spent the final 18 years of his career as a commercial lender. Bob's 41 years in the commercial lending business gives him a varied background in agriculture, retail, industrial, and commercial areas.
Bob Maples
Sherry has owned several businesses in which she has gained invaluable knowledge in various commercial industries. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas State University, her Master of Science in Medical/Surgical Nursing with an additional Education pathway from the
University of Oklahoma. She also completed post graduate work at Midwestern State University in Texas as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She recently retired as a medical provider after enjoying approximately 20 years of practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Sherry believes in lifelong learning, so is now training to become a Certified General Appraiser. She has completed the necessary 3000+ hours of mentored training and is currently completing the balance of her qualifications.
